Onlyrooms provides an online booking service for rooms and accommodation facilities managed directly or indirectly by the Company.

By completing a booking and making payment, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
3. Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment, in full or in part, as indicated during the booking process.
The customer is required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. The Company shall not be held liable for any issues or service disruptions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Rates and Prices
All rates displayed on the Onlyrooms website are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Tourist taxes, as required by local authorities, are not included in the price and must be paid directly at the property, unless otherwise specified.
Prices may vary according to seasonality, availability, length of stay, and promotional policies.
5. Payment Methods
Payment is made using the methods indicated on the website (e.g. credit card, electronic payment systems).
The customer authorizes the Company to charge the due amount in accordance with the conditions of the selected rate.
6. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellation and modification conditions vary depending on the selected rate and are clearly indicated during the booking process.
In the absence of cancellation within the allowed time limits, or in the event of a no-show, the Company reserves the right to retain the amount provided for by the applicable rate, up to 100% of the total stay.
7. Check-in and Check-out
Unless otherwise stated:
Check-in: from the time indicated in the booking confirmation
Check-out: by the time indicated in the booking confirmation
The customer is required to comply with the communicated times.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
8. Property Rules
The customer agrees to:
use the room and common areas in a proper and respectful manner;
comply with the internal regulations of the property;
be responsible for any damage caused to people, property, or facilities.
Hosting unregistered guests without authorization is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in the event of seriously inappropriate behavior.
9. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
theft, loss, or damage to the customer's personal belongings;
service disruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, interruptions of essential services not attributable to the Company).
10. Personal Data Processing
Personal data provided by the customer are processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
